Wednesday, 10-24-18, Matt from Norman Heat and Air arrived at my house and was pleasant and very polite. He did a complete check of my system, even checking vents on roof! I had a worn part., close to failing, but was still working. Matt explained this to me, we decided to replace it. He got the part same day, was back early Thursday, 10-25-2018, to install new part. Matt took his time, did an excellent job. He tested the system a few times until all measurements were correct. Stayed until he could detect no failure in my system.He did not rush, took care of my system as if it was his only job for the day, which I'm sure it was not!! What a great person! I will definitely use Norman Heat and Air for my Central Heat and Air needs. Excellent service, quality workmanship and ON TIME!!. Thanks Matt!

Service Technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it. Scheduling was quick and the staff called and gave a arrival window. It was very helpful. We will definitely call again when we need service.
