The initial interaction was extremely positive. Bobbie did a great job.
The technician who worked on my teeth seemed distracted (maybe by her cell phone) and not well trained. She did not know how to put in the mouth-opener and tore my mouth apart trying to make it fit how it shouldn't. Bobbie did it in 5 seconds. It seems someone should also inspect the work when it's done. I had my teeth whitened. It seems she did not whiten more than the first two teeth on the left side.

I found the doctor to be credible and trustworthy. I decided to go forth with the procedures based upon her assessments and the character she presented. In essence, I trust her and would like for her to perform the procedures she recommended.
