Would not trust anyone else with our dogs. Both of our dogs are patients of the animal hospital as well as patrons of the hotel. Every staff member and the doctors make it their mission to get to know and understand every animal. They love what they do and it shows!

Skye's visit couldn't have been better. It was our first to Crossroads.
Making the appointment, check-in, vet assistant conversations and Dr's visit are all very smooth, friendly, caring.
Skye was made as comfortable as possible, during the entire visit.
I also had/ took the opportunity to visit the grooming area and boarding facilities. Both were extremely clean and bright. The boarded pets were being exercised, outside, in private runs.

Fast, friendly and thorough. I have a regular vet at home, but when I needed to take my dog in for an emergency while away from home, the staff took care of me and my Bella. Prices were reasonable as they did not inflate the charges. They also retrieved my dog medical records to insure that the new medication was okay. And they informed me of a vaccine that is recommended for dogs that may come in contact with wild life urine when we camp. I can not say enough good things about the care that I received and the cleanliness of the facility.
