The prices are insane , each employee will give you a different price for the same procedure . it’s a shame . I would never recommend .

Been taking Zoey there for six years. Tired of waiting in the parking lot with this covit nonsense. Want to see and talk to a doctor. I have new doctor at Coynevet THE BEST Thank you for making us go there along with 2 other of your customers.

The Drs english is not clear and he will give you worst case scenario assume one problem to convince you to do xrays or blood work then tells you it's not what he assumed and states he is in aww if what it can be I believe Dr is aware when animal is in Dyer health condition but works you up a tab total con artist I'm disgusted .My dog died following day after visit to this animal hospital he was aware but yet took exams !!!! Ask questions Animal Lovers dont be disappointed and charged an expense for this Dr having no answer I was better off keeping my dog home would have saved me 640 dollars at an hours rate of a whole lot of nothing this Facility did.

Took our 10 year old female pit because she was weak and had shortness of breath bad enough you have to leave your dog with these people whom your trusting to do the best they are trained for .The first call from Dr Hahn is my dog is suffering from heart congestion so he takes an xray .the xray shows no evidence of that! Now he scares us and states my dog has internal bleeding and that while testing we can lose our dog to death that xrays proves him wrong now blood work is done because he states my dog may have anemia because her coat is yellow she was a beautiful caramel golden pit .Yes was she passed on Sept 10 2020 at 7: 02 A.M he wanted us to take her to Medvet because he stated he was in aww of what may have been my pits cause of shortness of breath .The bill was 644 for xrays to heart and stomach ....blood work and they had her on oxygen ....Wow all that expense for test he conducted though he possibly knew our dog was in a dyer condition .I failed my dog by not researching where to take her dog owners do your research please! She passed away at home with us may Nala rest in peace.

Took my cat in to get spayed and they missed removing parts of the reproductive tract. She experienced many difficulties after that surgery at Munster Animal Hospital. Never taking another animal to that aweful place.

Blessed my dog was disrespected in death upon cremation ,none of her belongings were offered bk to me , I was not asked if I wanted them an feel badly hurt as I am still greiving about her dress , collar and dog leash that was wrong Yo did send me a sorry card for my loss , please don't do anyone else this way , God is watching.

I had my dog put to sleep an cremated an never recieved any of her Belongings bk , in fact I was never asked if I wanted them back , I was deeply hurt an feel they could have asked me atleast due to the stressful pain I was feeling having made the choice to let her go, no compassion what so ever was shown to me , I will pray to God you Munster animal hospital will treat people better than your place of business treated me ,Her name was Blessed .

I like the convenience of dropping in without an appointment, but it's so expensive. My dog was only there for shots and the whole visit took an hour and 45 minutes. I'm not sure if I'll return.
