Felt extremely pressured to purchase multiple pairs of glasses and spend more than I was comfortable. It was as if a switch flipped and they couldn't wait to kick me out as soon as they realized I couldn't be convinced to buy or spend more. Will be going elsewhere for future vision care.

Pressured to make a purchase after vision test, then suddenly told I have charges that would not be covered by insurance when I declined. Nothing was mentioned about what would or would not be covered by insurance before vision test was completed.

Very professional and attentive procedures in place to deal with the virus crisis. Staff pleasant and efficient. Medical care thorough and well executed. Magazine testimonial in lobby old and faded needs to be relaced.
