This is the best eye care clinic that I have ever went to. The staff here is very friendly. Went here for an eye exam and was pleased how well they took care of me.

I have been a difficult patient to fit, and Dr. McNelis has been tireless in her efforts to get me into a pair of contact lenses. She has gone way above and beyond what I would have expected from a busy physician, and I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I've already brought my family members to her. The staff is courteous and efficient. Altogether a great experience.

Week three and still no glasses. When I called they told me the frames were backordered but no one bothered to call and tell me that. They don't seem to follow up; the girl I talked to was surprised they still weren't in yet but had no idea why. Considering you have to pay for them up front you would think they would at least check on the ordered items. They told me it could be a couple more weeks, I don't think you should have to wait six weeks for glasses with no follow up. The doctor is nice but she tends to try and diagnose other problems that are not related to the eyes. The staff is nice enough, they spent time with me picking out things.

Dr. McNelis and her staff take the time to give their patients a quality eye exam. I have never felt rushed in her office when either myself or my children are being seen.

My eye-exam was thorough, the eye-glasses that were made worked perfectly. And after overone year of use, they repaired the frames, I damaged, for only a small charge (parts only,) friendly and expert service.

I went in because my glasses had broken and I was overdue for an eye exam. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the wait was not long at all. They gave me an eye exam and got me set up with a replacement pair of glasses quickly and easily and now I see better than before.
