We informed the staff at the time the appointment was made as well as when we got there that our dog was to only have a rabies vaccine, bordatella and distemper. The staff performed unnecessary stuff. Theyou tried to charge my husband $260 when it should have only been around $130. We did not need a heartworm test or Lyme disease test done. Way to be sneaky and charge your customers for things they didn't request. To sum it all up, we will not be returning to your facility. This visit combined with the phone call I made a week ago about possibly boarding my dog there has made up my mind about your facility. I want to add that I think it's crazy you have to charge extra if we provide our own food for boarding. You (a vet) of all people should know that switching a dog's food over for a couple days is going to upset their stomach. The fact that you feel you need to charge a convenience fee is ridiculous. Speaks volumes to your establishment...
We appreciate your concerns, and thank you for reaching out to us to address this issue. We routinely review vaccines/tests with the owner at the time of the appointment to ensure the vaccines/tests being administered are at the request of the owner. If you feel this is not to be the case, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss this issue further. When calling, please ask for Dr. Mark or Kim. Should an estimate of any procedure be necessary we encourage you to ask as the time of the appointment. We are more than willing to offer said estimate prior to any procedure being performed and to review each item specifically with you. We do understand that some diet changes can be problematic for some animals, and we are currently reviewing our policies regarding your concerns. Thank you again.

Rocky is new to our family but we feel completely comfortable with your care after years of taking care of our dogs. We were happy that you could get him right in and seen and he's feeling better already. I love that the clinic is open all 7 days and I have never had to wait long to have my dogs seen. Thanks again!

Front desk was very accommodating for my anxious dog. The vet was amazing too. She took care of my dogs needs in the back because he is so protective of me. When he came back in the room he was great with her and even laid on his back!

Everyone there is super nice and they were able to get me in right away when I expressed that I was worried about my dog. Also not as pricey as a lot of other vets.

We were very pleased with the care of Jody. It was scary. The staff was kind, helpful. We weren't rushed into making decisions. It was explained what happened and how to correct the problem. Jody is back to her smiling self. Big thank you to everyone involved in her care.

Got an appointment right away. The groomer, Laurie always groomed my dog. She has to put up with my dogs bad attitude. But she grooms my dog really nice. I appreciate her taking care of Kylie so well, Kyle is a lapse from her. Thank you so much!
