Our 13 year old dog, Murphy needed an urgent spenectomy and we are so glad we chose Lancaster Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Michelle Arnold provided first-class exceptional care for our beloved pet. She was kind, thoughtful, thorough and we would recomend her and the staff in a heartbeat. She was patient and kind as we discussed possible outcomes and treatments, and I'm confident that he got the best possible care. Trinity, Bree and the entire staff at the hospital were fantastic. I would recommend that anyone bring thier beloved pets to Lancaster for everything from routine care to more complicated procedures like surgery.

Our visit went wonderful. I really felt that the Vet listened to my concerns about Gooch's skin and provided the answers that I needed. Also, I don't feel like anyone pushed anything onto us. We had a discussion about neutering and when I told her that we hadn't discussed it yet she told us our options and that was it. She did not try to persuade us in any way. I very much appreciate that! Also, while we were there Gooch was a little impatient like puppies are, so the tech went and got him some toys to play with. I thought that was very nice of them. They also had treats available to keep him occupied while getting his check up. He didn't even flinch when she administered the shot! This is an all around wonderful family to be a part of.

My dog had to have surgery on her knee, The surgeon explained what type of damage was done to her knee and what all had to be done, They also explained how to help her recover. The whole staff at the hospital are very nice, helpful and friendly and they all seem to love the animals.

Everyone was wonderful, from the Receptionist who greeted and loved our puppy boys, to the techs we had fun with, and dear Dr. Arnold who valiantly did check ups on two wild 6 month old puppies. Even the hospital cat brought us a smile taunting Finn and Cullen. We trust this team with our new pups like we did with our two former dogs (now gone). And we're driving in from Lexington to be right there!
