Dr. "Bob" was so kind and gentle with my 17 year old kitty. At the time she did NOT like her ears being cleaned out of waxy stuff, or the shot, but she has been a much happier cat for the last day.

We love the entire staff of Kindness Small Animal Hospital! Our 15 year old mini doxie has terrible teeth and when she had an infection and felt poorly, the KSAH staff was gentle and kind to her and treated her with the respect she deserves.

I had a really bad experience yesterday. I have often dropped my sisters fosters and pets off and always had great experiences. At the old building everyone was warm and friendly. This is the fourth time I've come into the building and not once have any of the front desk girls even smiled!
I was promised that a rabies tag was enough when I made an appointment for my cat on the phone. When I got there, they insisted on re vaccinating her which could have potentially been her third set of vaccines since I found her. That is completely unacceptable and unhealthy for any pet! I believe that was suggested just so they could make more $ for the clinic vs. what was in the best interest of my cat. Also, about 4-6 weeks after I adopted her, I contacted them with her ID number and asked them to transfer her records to my name. They assured me they had done it. And when I arrived for my cats appointment I had to hunt for her ID number from the rescue she was adopted through because they dropped the ball on this one and didn't follow through on what they were supposed to do. If they couldn't transfer it yet for whatever reason, I should have been told to call back again vs being told it had been done.
I asked how long it would take for my cats flea bath...an estimate of time. I was informed that they were probably already starting on her and it wouldn't be very long. I got the call that she was ready to go home 6 hours later! If she had been next there is no reason it should have taken 6 hours! Again I was told one thing and it ended up being a completely different story. As much as I like Dr Neeman as a vet, I will be finding a new vet for future veterinary needs.
