The wrong dosage instructions was put on my dog's steroid medication. Needless to say, MISTAKES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE MADE. Thankfully, my precious dog is okay.

Dr. Reed and her staff were wonderful with my dog Chase. I feel that Dr Reed is very knowledgeable and makes sure that she does not miss anything. I will continue to use Dr. Reed as my dogs primary Dr.

I have been taking my pets, KoKo & LoLa to Ina Rd Animal Hospital, since I moved here in mid June of 2013. Always have had great care.
I have probably met all of the Dr's, and most have given care to my pets. So very pleased with the care and concern they provide. Steve the tech, is also so kind and caring, when I have to have Koko's glands cleaned. Thank you to everyone!

We were there late in the evening with an emergency with our cat. The night staff was very nice. Sean Crocker DVM was on duty. He was through,informative and caring.

I first started taking my pets to the Ina Road Animal Hospital when I moved to the Tucson area two years ago. I have always had a positive experience. Even when it was necessary to have my elderly canine baby put down earlier this year - the situation was horrible, but the care and concern they showed me and my boy was outstanding. I was there recently with my shelter rescue who does not trust easily. They took the extra time needed to make my girl feel comfortable so she could get her exam and vaccinations. I highly recommend Ina Road Animal Hospital.

The staff is courteous and efficient and very caring about my pet. All procedures and associated costs are explained. They have cared for multiple generations of my pets and I trust them to do the best for my pets' needs.

Always have had great service at Ina Road Animal Hospital, My animals and I have always been treated well and the techs and doctors always have a friendly pat for my "kids". They seem to care.
Last week I brought in a dog I had found on the road. The receptionist Felecia (I think that was her name) was very kind and efficient. She found the chip in the dog and was able to contact his owners. Everyone was happy - especially me, always good to be able to return a lost pet!! Thanks to Felecia's help we were successful.
