Very clean place, greeted with warmth and was given a tour because it was my first visit.
I usually go to a salon every 5 years because I never know what I want in a style so i end up not loving what's been done. Kaari changed all of that, she was patient, gave me details on what she was suggesting and why. I'm in love with what she did and I will absolutely keep up with this style requesting her again.

Ally is a friendly, polite person that wants to make sure you are happy with whatever service you are having done. She makes you feel comfortable while you are there.

Kelly cut and styled my hair and I loved it! She asked questions and listened to my requests.
I'm extremely disappointed to hear that the BH office will be closing! It will be inconvenient for me to go to the Parma or Strongsville location.
