Doc Rachel and her fantastic assistant, who bore scars of a previous encounter, were in a word: Excellent! My companion Bandit is a handful and will bite if he perceives pain. Muzzle on and examination and shots painless! Great staff and billing that doesn't break the bank on my fixed income.

Keep my animals healthy and provide advice when it is needed. I would not ever take my pets{ family} to any other vet. I trust Hometown completely

I drive from Redmond to bring my dog here. I have for 9 years. I prefer this nice hometown clinic that does not press me to purchase high priced products.
Dr. Hamm has been a blessing treating my dog She diagnosed the cause of my dogs pain and lack of interest in most activities. The treatment she has been giving her has given my pain ridden dog her life back. I've been in tears seeing my pet playful again.
(I highly recommend cold laser for arthritis. My experience is that my dog showed improvement on the same day a treatment was given)
I give a big shout out to Amber for her assistance, also.
The new facility is amazing with new, up-to-date diagnostic equipment. (The size of the reception area is a bit excessive, though. IMHO)
I gave 4 stars simply because I've been let down a couple of times by the gal that works the front counter re: follow up calls, assistance. She doesn't seem particularly happy.
I recommend Hometown Animal Hospital every time the subject of veterinary care comes up.

Dr. Amy went above and beyond what was asked. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable wi5h a friendly attitude. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful.

From start to finish the whole team at Hometown made us feel very comfortable and gave us the feeling that Roxy was safe and well taken care of. In my experience the proper questions and care were exceptional because of the special situation with our baby's needs and they were careful not to stress her into a seizure! Very satisfied with our visit!

Dr. Achilles was also my vet for my dear, departed Bubbles. She gave her so much love and care and does the same for my Elley. The quality of care is excellent-nails,anals and a physical. I love this hospital.
