Its always a pleasure to see there staff. So pleasant, courteous, friendly and smiles whenever on my appointment days. Seeing Dawn and Dr. Bono...just makes my day. They know their job...or else they wouldn't be there to service us...if they didn't. I'm happy that for me, my choice was with and will continue to be with them.

Dentists are great, explained all the procedures to be done thoroughly and really takes good care of you. The Dental assistants are very good and very helpful too.

The staff at the Windward Mall Office are very friendly and efficient. They are through and helpful with questions. My hygienist was very sympathetic to my mouth issues and throughout the procedure was always concerned with my comfort. They are the best!!!
I also need work at the Water front Office and they were unbelievably kind and considerate. The doctor did a great job!!

Hawaii Family Dental has given me 8 or 9 years of conscientious, top quality dental services at prices that are affordable and below those of any private dentist. They are clean, neat, up-to-date and employ quality dentists.Their pricing is listed out front and is the very best/lowest in the state.
Most dentists subscribe to services that list the various prices in a book which they will often show you to substantiate their price for any given procedure. The trouble is that there are several different books or pricing services using different mark-ups for the same given procedure. An example would be a certain type of root canal on a certain tooth could be $450, $900, $1,450, or even $ 2,800 or more. Sad but true, car dealers use a similar method--one price for the guy that seems mechanically inclined, a higher price for the unaware. Aloha, Jim Kapahulu, Hi

The staff at HFDH always provides great service. Dawn does a great job cleaning my teeth and have been seeing her for years!

I have requested appointments and no one with in this office has even called me or email me with a new appointment and I told them in my phone call when I called to cancel my appointment I had I was in a car accident and no 1 in your office not 1 single person has even responded to me I'm going to file a complaint with my insurance company for the poor service that I'm getting

I have had multiple appointments scheduled for one time and confirmed both through email and text. A day later I will get a call confirming my appointment for another time. This is very frustrating as I have to take time off of work to get to an appointment and I do not appreciate the staff wasting my time and treating me like it is an error on my part.
