Harris Automotive replaced 2 rims/wheels, 2 tires, and 2 sets of wheel bearings, as well as balance the tires and do an alignment following a minor accident on a snowy road. I have taken my car there for oil changes previously. Joni, at the service desk was friendly and very helpful, communicating with my insurance company and providing them with required documentation. They were able to assess the damage, let me know what repairs were needed, and how long it would take. The repairs were completed faster than expected. When I called because the car was still pulling to the right, they asked me to bring it back, and while I waited (maybe an hour), they rotated the tires and realigned it for no additional charge. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that my rims were replaced with used, which they didn't tell me in advance, and which were not the quality of those I had before the accident (they were in great shape). Secondly, I had to take additional time from my schedule to bring the car back for realignment when it was obvious that it was pulling to the right. Good auto
