I did not have a good experience with Green Touch. Their crew was neither professional nor skilled. Their crew did sloppy plumbing which leaked, damaged my exterior house drains rendering my sump pump ineffective, hid the drain damage without mentioning it to me, and left. The drain damage was ultimately repaired by another company at my expense.

Green Touch Irrigation, LLC replied:

Unfortunately customer never gave us the opportunity to correct any of his concerns as they were reported over a month after installation and after system had been winterized for the year. We offered to come out and fix the concerns mentioned with the drainage, however, customer reported he already had a company come out and did not want us to. We were caught off guard by customers email with concerns as both homeowners never mentioned any of these issues during the multiple phone and email conversations during and after the installation and reported no negative information. :(

Based on my mediocre past experiences with other irrigation companies, I am very pleased to work

with Green Touch. In my two years working with them, they have been great to

work with, always friendly and professional. My wife was delayed this year in getting home

for a Green Touch appointment to winterize my system, but the GT person remained flexible and

did not skip a beat, getting the job done and finishing up when my wife arrived without a complaint.

I was impressed.
