I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen by the doctor approximately 20 minutes after the appointed time. Exam room is not a comfortable place to wait. Front desk appeared a little slow as well. Doctor Fujikawa was nice and professional and she removed the band quickly and without incident.

The staff was absolutely wonderful they were very nice but my pet died while there out of my care and I still had to pay a full check up fee. I also got this email saying "hope to see you and your pet back again soon" less than a day after her passing. I know it's an automatic email sent out but I suggest seeing if someone's pet just fucking died to not receive an email like that. I lost my best friend I don't want to cry anymore.

Although the staff were very friendly, I was very disappointed. I brought Kobe's bed & blanket. When I came to pick him up, it took at least 20 minutes for them to find his belongings. They even suggested that we did not bring any. This showed me that CLEARLY my dog did not have access to his bed or his blanket during this stay. Kobe was dehydrated & acted as if he were starving. Although I left food for him, individually bagged, I am left wondering if this was withheld from him also.
It is hard enough to trust others with his care when I am not given access to where he will be boarded to see for myself if it is suitable.
You may think that dogs can't talk so any treatment is alright but I am here to tell you that dogs do talk and Kobe said plenty. He was so thankful to get home and would not let me out of his sight.
