Jackie went out of her way to get my appointment at a time best for me. Thank you, Jackie! Dr. Shirazi is excellent. I have read other reviews about her and I agree. She is very personable, gentle, fast, and does excellent work. Their office is new and beautiful. I very much recommend this business.

After 10 min in waiting room and 10 min in chair, insurance questions pursued after 4-5 years of relationship;. The ins company said my visit was covered but there was a mix up somewhere and Dr Shirazi asked that I reschedule after 30 min in the office due to the mix up. This is after years of relationship. Not going back, ever! just sayin, be careful.

I have been utilizing Fullerton Dental Care for over 3+ years. My insurance coverage remained the same but changed on Jan1, 2021 and was confirmed it was the same exact coverage on the day of visit. At that time I visited the office I have for over 3 years.. I was told when arriving, (not before) that the office visit and procedure went from $45 to $150. I immediately called my coordination provider and she indicated that my "unchanged coverage" was still in effect. I handed the phone to Dr. Shirazi and her staff and that was explained. When I was then put into a chair and ready for examination I was told that Dr. Shirazi was not happy with the explanation at hand and asked that i leave and reschedule. This is after over 3+ years experience and $1,000's of dollars or crowns and an overall experience with the Dr. and staff. Not sure what is going on, but be careful as to what you are being charged and why the sudden change or lack of "trust" with long time clients with good relationships. I was almost shocked they wanted me to respond to Yelp after this response. I walked out, said keep the office visit payment and never have heard back from anyone after over a three year relationship and $1,000's of dollars in service between me an my wife. We would never go back to this type of treatment anywhere, anytime. Please alert your friends. Be careful.

O my gosh! The Doctor and all of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years and I am so grateful that I went to this facility because now I know I'm cared for and will be coming here from now on.

My daughter and I had back to back appointments, and when they got there, they were able to work it out where we were going on and finishing right about the same time, so neither one of us really had to wait!
We also have been going to Fullerton Dental for 12 years, and even though we now live in Dana Point, we still drive back to Fullerton for our dental care!

The facility was clean and neat and very organized. The dentist was thorough but not pushy when explaining the work that needed done. The staff very friendly and knew what they were doing.

It was a very pleasant experience! Staff (Shannon, Rebeca & a couple other gals...I apologize I didn’t get their names) are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Shirazi is great! Absolutely no pain...couldn’t even feel the shots!! Post surgery, a slight ache, but it went away! Thank you so much!!
