Dr. Esperon is great. His office is always buzzing with patients, but once he is with you it's all about you. He takes his time,doesn't rush through the appointment, and explains everything in both medical and non-medical terms to make sure you as the patient understand what is happening with your vision.

Every part of my appointment was great. I love the office staff and Dr. Esperon. However, I always find that I have to wait a lot longer than usual. I’m not sure if I missed them, but from where I was sitting, I didn’t see any magazines. I forgot my reading book so a magazine to entertain myself would have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that the wait time was longer that you were expecting to. With the backlog of patients after quarantine, we have been backed up trying to serve that patients that we have not been able to for the past few months that we were closed. We have implemented numerous safety measures to limit the possibility of exposure to the corona virus. One of which was to remove the magazines in the office that multiple people would touch every day. We were not able to sterilize magazines without ruining them, so we will not leave them out at all until it is safe to do so. Of course, I hope we can go back to operating normally soon, but we will keep safety measures such as this in place for the foreseeable future.

In the era of the New Normal Dr Esperon and his staff have stepped up & made this a hassle free, safe & thorough visit. the new place is easier to get to & ample parking.

Excellent service as always, even during this Covid-19 pandemic. The extra PPE did not deter the quality of care I received, the extra protection measure also made me feel safe to be in the practice. Thank you dr. E and everyone at Focus Eye!
