Responsiveness is excellent, as well as taking the time to help troubleshoot minor equipment issues as well as an onsite demo as to how to fix common equipment problems if they arise.

My Landice treadmill (8 years old) had started having unusual noises and erratic problems with the elevation. FitTech did not think I was stupid or crazy and had me do a good bit of testing before they arrived to diagnose the problem. The parts they replaced fixed ALL the problems, and they also did routine preventive maintenance on the machine. They were very professional and reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend them.

The FitTech technicians arrived on time, disassembled, repaired and reassembled a home gym. They replaced all cables, and lubricated the equipment. The equipment is over 10 years old and now operates like new. They did an excellent job and were very neat. I recommend them.

First, 2 seniors in Greenville ordered a Schwinn AD2 bike. When we realized that it was too heavy for us to put together, I started looking for bike or sporting good store to assemble it in our home, no one would do it. I finally found FitTech & Assembly on Angie's list. I saw that the company was located in NC and we're in SC and didn't think did work in this area. I decided to call. They made house calls and came out the following week. A technician, Tim, came the following week. He listened very carefully to what we wanted. He placed the bike in the correct location and assembled the bike in about an hour. He let us try it out to see if anything needed adjustment and explained how it worked. He picked up all the packaging for the garbage. Great job and wonderful service!

Really pleased with fit tech. The only problem was it took them several days to get out to my house but once they did, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely competent. He had my unit running again in no time. I recommend them highly.
