I’ve been taking my pets to Family Vet for over 6 years now. Hands down Dr. Chau is the best vet we’ve every been to in over 30 years of owning pets. We moved from Aldie to Reston last year and switched to a vet closer to home. When that vet couldn’t figure out a way to help our puppy with gastrointestinal issues we tried another. When the problems continued we went back to Family Vet to give Dr Chau a try. She diagnosed and solved the problem!
Our 17 year old cat has been declining and I thought we were going to have to put him down. Dr Chau turned the decline around and I feel confident that Sammie will be comfortably with us for quite a while longer! He has a new spring in his step!
It’s worth the extra drive from Reston to Aldie to get outstanding care for our pets!

My girl Shae is a shy / timid girl and Dr. Chau understands this, has plenty of treats and takes here time with her.

Family veterinarian hospital of Stoneridge is a good hospital for your pet care. I only concern is that you are not told upfront what the costs of services will be, and that they move really quickly through the process.. it feels like it’s the process and the money that’s most important I will continue to use the service Until I find one more suitable and will build a relationship with me and the dog and not just Process us.
