The website lists a phone number that apparently is for a different doctors office. I scheduled an appointment. I arrive for my appointment, and they told me I was not on the books. When I showed reception the number I called, they told me that there was a mistake on the website. The mistake was going there! Is there a zero stars? Would not even work me in, after my inconvenience.

I ordered a pair of exoensive eyewear. I was told 10 to 14 days they would be ready, On the 13th day I called only to find out there was a mistake and the glasses were never ordered! I left a voicemal for the manager, and was never called back. After over a month, I finally got a refund. Super upsetting as I needed them for an exam I was taking, and had to wear an old pair I could barely see with.

I felt extremley rushed for my vision test. I didnt get any clear answers for my initial problem. The optical store was dead inside, but I still had to wait 20 minutes to look at some frames. The woman there was talking to another employee.

The optical store is way over priced. The staff is not very knowledgeable . The quality took a dive apparently a few years back. I thought I would give it another chance,but it wasnt worth it.

I was treated very professionally. I was able to get appointments within very reasonable time frame. Their work was excellent. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. My last Doctor said I needed glasses, turns out I don't. They were very honest and professional.

This was just a follow-up visit, a week after cataract surgery. I will take another opportunity to compliment Dr. Lovato and the entire team. The results of the surgery were above expectations. I had ZERO pain, discomfort or itching from the moment that I left the surgery center. I am so excited about getting my second eye done. I can hardly wait.
