I transitioned from Audi dealer service (Oakland and Concord) to European Auto Repair a year ago. I have been extremely pleased with my decision: much less expensive; very personalized and attentive service; and instead of pressuring me to trade in my perfectly good 12 year-old car for peanuts, Carlos is keen on making my car run and operate like a new car because he knows that I am very happy with it.

Carlos is very good at what he does. Servicing an Audi is expensive but Carlos explains things and gives options. Its obvious he's been doing this a long time.

I have had a great experience working with Mr. Carlos, as I call him. I needed to get a 2004 BMW updated for safety so that my 15 yr old daughter could be DMV test ready and he has made sure no issue is too small taking care of the entire vehicle as if his own daughter is soon to drive it! It’s not a cheap undertaking but Carlos has been fair in addition to being thorough. He has been delightful to work with as well!

I brought my BMW 650i in for a number of maintenance and repair items. Carlos, the service advisor, clearly explained what work they would be doing, the cost of the items, and how long it would take. He also followed up with me when additional items needed to be attended to. I plan to bring the vehicle back to European Auto Repair.
