We were welcomed upon arrival by the front desk girl, but my massage therapist, Natalie, was very crude. She was dressed to run errands at Wal-mart with flip flops, a head band, and yoga style pants. She did not smile and try to be friendly. I felt like she barked questions at me and did not smile at all. When she put the relaxing cd in, the music did not have the intended affect. She told me I had a bump on my neck and I should get it checked out by my doctor. This comment was not done in a friendly manner, but a negative belittling manner. I gave her a tip because I figured she obviously didn't want to be at work on a Saturday morning at 9:30am, but she thought I should be thankful she showed up.

Got my nails done with Sarah and she was awesome! Great quality and very friendly and personable. Will definitely have her do my nails again soon!

Did great with pressure but was not impressed with cupping it is a great method of relieving pain and muscles read up more on it and the placement was good but not for that amount of time

I got an hour massage. It wasntrelaxing because I could hear all the ladies laughing and talking the whole time.
