I had severe cystic acne in my late teens early twenties resulting in deep scaring on both sides of my face. Over the years I have tried various treatments, none of them were effective until I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Erickson. Dr. Erickson's approach is all encompassing. She used leading edge technologies to address the scarring and overall smoothness of my skin. She excised a couple of still active cysts with amazing accuracy in her suturing, you can barely tell I had the cysts removed. These major improvements in the appearance of my skin have changed my self esteem and given me confidence in myself. No longer afraid or ashamed of my skin, which is a horrible feeling. I love the service. Dr. Erickson is very professional. My only concern is they are constantly running late and it became to be a norm. One client who was in the lobby on my arrival left as he was waiting for 25 minutes and could not wait longer. I waited for 25 minutes before I was called back. There was no acknowledgement or apologies on my waiting time at all.

As usual Dr Erickson was very friendly and professional as well as her staff. What I enjoyed most about my visit was that I was able to get an evening appointment and I even had time to look for street parking and I was not stressed.
