I was dealing with an emergency and this clinic took care of it for me. Otherwise, I would have lost a precious loved one.
Thank you
Hi Donna, we are so happy that we could help take care of your special pet. Thank you for your kind words!

This is the best vet clinic I've ever been to. Once again my visit was excellent.

Our visit to the Edmonton South Animal Hospital was by far the best vetrinarian experience we've ever experienced. The doctor was professional yet was able to explain things in a manner in which someone with little to no medical experience could clearly understand. She also took her time and spent as much time with us as we needed, which was a a lot. Great place, great service and very welcoming, from start to finish. We will be back :)

On the phone this Clinic is awesome but through experience I will not be re attending. I waited 40 minutes in a waiting room when I arrived to pick up my kitten. I HEARD the staff in the back mention I was forgotten and no one had told the discharge staff I had been waiting. Instead of owning up to this error I again HEARD the staff member tell the other to tell me "they are backed up and that is what is taking so long". Unfortunately for them I had heard this, and also heard ATLEAST 4 other animals be discharged around me- 4 others might I add that arrived AFTER me. I paid for a cone for my little guy as this is a VERY important part of ensuring the animal heals. I look inside the carrier and Loki is not wearing one. I asked about this and was asked if I paid for one (which I had) and once again sat waiting. After the cone was put on Loki he wiggled out- size was adjusted and re put on- half way down whitemud my cat has gotten out AGAIN. I had to pull over and put it back on him- just a note he didn't get out of mine. Further more I was told when I droppped him off that he would be sent home with medication and he wasn't. I was told this is because he got an injection- would have been nice to not be told conflicting information. I have three cats and will not be bringing the other 2 in to this clinic. It is very far away from me to drive (Londonderry to this clinic) and definetly NOT worth is when I have a "Spay and Nueter " clinic just down the road rated 9 in Edmonton.

The staff were all very friendly & the Dr. was very patient when Milo decided that she did not want to be touched and retaliated with her claws. Sorry about that.

Each and every time we attend Edmonton South Animal Hospital, we receive the best treatment - from the moment we walk in and are greeted by that wonderful young man at the desk - I wish I knew his name - and the vet and other members of the health care team. We are treated with friendliness and sensitivity ( my skittish little dog), and I trust the advice I get regarding her health and upkeep. Thanks!
