Not sure if they purposefully didn’t tell me that my dog’s doctor, Dr. Smoak, was no longer working there, or if they just forgot to mention it. Either way, completely inexcusable and unprofessional. The female doctor that we say was alright, just not very personable and seemed rushed and was a little cold. Just wish I had been told that my dog’s doctor was no longer there before I wasted my time coming in

Due to Dr. Smoak leaving the practice so suddenly and not giving us much time to prepare for things we are trying to make sure that clients know that he is no longer in our office. We have posted signs and also sent emails to those that we have email addresses. If you will let us know who you are then maybe we would be able to fix any problems that you had with the vist. Also, we were wondering how you found out that Dr. Smoak no longer works here? Since you said we failed to provide you with that information.

My visit to the clinic was excellent and she told me that some dog breath hard when they are in pain. After l got back to the house l paid attention to Sheba how her breathing had show down . After she got the ear treatment for her right ear. I thank God for you all.

Came in to pick up flea and tick meds for my cats. Paid for meds and before I could turn around someone was handing meds to me with a smile.

Dr.Pluta is awesome. The staff is wonderful and I feel very informed at the end of my visits. I cannot do last minute appointments nor can I hardly get someone on the phone when I call for quick questions so improvement in that would greatly help me in caring for my animal but I am sooo thankful for them in my pet’s care. Happy, healthy and fulfilled. Would definitely use them again

Received the drugs requested promptly with all questions answered. This is the care I need for all 4 of my pets. 3/canines... all rescues, 2 with minor issues, 1/feline good as gold. Thank you. ALL RESCUES.
