I was pleased with the service Ray gave me and I look forward to working with her. Ask for Ray. The beauty shop is beautiful inside. It's furniture is amazing and restroom clean. The shop has ambiance. The atmosphere is relaxing once you get inside the building you forget that you are in Baltimore and have a out of state experience to Beverly Hills. Eden salon has potential and is progressive. Thanks

I really was pleased with the service I recieved. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely be returning.

I went in not knowing what i wanted and was hoping for the best so when my stylist, jill,asked i told her to create whatever she wanted. Her next question was did i want my hair up or down, i told her up. The end result was gorgeous, it blew me away. Now i have to make appointments for my girls who were equally impressed! Thanks a bunch eden salon for exceeding my expectations and for having wonderful customer service.

I do like the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at Eden salon. I also scheduled another appointment; when I attempted to schedule a third appointment I was somewhat disappointed. The person who does my hair was not going to be there on the date I requested and I was willing to see another stylist; however, the individual who answered the phone, ask could I schedule an appointment a week later. I needed my hair done at the time of my request and was unable to wait an extra week. I thought putting me off for a week longer was surprising and disappointing.

I really love my hair!! The salon was very clean and decorated with nice decor. My stylist Tameka did a wonderful job on my hair and i felt like i was in good hands.....she is really into healthy hair..thats a plus for me :)!! Also , customer service was great and you were provided with tea, coffee and snacks!! I have to say i was in and out very fast too. I most definitely will be going back again!!

I would definitely recommend Eden Salon to anyone! The salon is very nice, the staff are very friendly and they did an awesome job on my daughter's hair! Their prices are also very reasonable!
