Ellen was outstanding in planning our 3.5 week trip to Australia and New Zealand. We made it complicated by having our children join us for parts but not all of the trip and she handled it flawlessly. We had an awesome time!

My experience was wonderful! Down Under Endeavours was able to answer every question that we had, and came up with an itinerary that completely matched our personalities. We planned a trip to New Zealand, somewhere we have never been to before. We worked with Ellen from Down Under Endeavours who was extremely excited to share all of her New Zealand knowledge with us. It was well worth every penny.

So far my experience has been pretty good. I'll reserve my last star until we actually do our trip. Although a bit more expensive than if I planned it on my own, I find it worth it. I don't want to go all the way to Australia to do things I can do stateside. It's nice the way they were able to craft our trip off the beaten path to try new things.

DUE was beyond helpful in setting up our honeymoon to Australia and Fiji. They got every activity and hotel right and customized our trip perfectly. Not only that but when we needed to quickly change the timing of some of our activities or when we ran into trouble with flight cancellations due to weather, a local DUE rep was able to make everything work out seamlessly. Can't wait to use DUE again for our next trip.

Ellen crafted the most incredible honeymoon for us! Being able to wake up, check what supplies we needed to bring with us for the day, and head out the door knowing we were going to experience something amazing was such a treat. I've already recommended her to friends and coworkers because so many people were impressed with our experiences. I would absolutely use her again to plan another trip of a lifetime for us!

Ellen worked and reworked our trip for us until it was exactly what we wanted. We changed our minds several times throughout the process. Ellen was very patient and kept tinkering with itinerary until it was the perfect combination of everything we wanted to see and do. We can't wait!

Katie was amazing to work with. We had some ideas but really relied on her expertise and she helped formulate the trip of a lifetime! We had a lot of flexibility with our schedule and changed a few things around a few times and she made it happen. The local team in New Zealand was also a great benefit in the few instances we needed to call them. I highly recommend working with down under endeavors and we definitely will again.
