This is my second visit to Delaware Tire - Dover. The first time was in January of 2017. That time, I came to Delaware Tire - Dover because I had a flat, and the local Wal-mart refused to put on a new tire for me, because they had a waiting list. I did a simple Google search and found Delaware Tire, which was very close to Wal-mart. I am so glad that I made the decision to come to Delaware Tire, because I got good, quality service, and my new tire was replaced, and I was in and out in about an hour.
Since the service was so good earlier this year, I decided to return to Delaware Tire last week, when my car's tire pressure indicator was malfunctioning. Sure enough, I walked right into the store, was helped immediately, and, once again, was out of the store within an hour. The gentleman at the service desk, as on my previous visit, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He kept me abreast of what was happening with my car, including making sure I knew the cost of the service before the work began.
From now on, all of my tire service will be done at this location of Delaware Tire. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they give their customers a "fair shake." I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I thought the thought the service was great learned a couple of things about the car I didn't know and your manager was able to tell me before we spent too much money I definitely would recommend your tire service to anyone in our area

My brakes went out, I wasn't sure where to go so I called Al and he told me to bring it in. Turns out the brake lines on my truck were rusted and one blew out. I opted to replace all of my brake lines and now I am back on the road again. Great service, Thanks Guys!

As always in and out for my oil change. Al and the guys do a great job, they never let me down.

There needs to be more than one employee at the counter. When I arrive to pick my vehicle up, I should not have to wait 10 minutes for the one person working to answer calls and help another man who said he had to wait 15 minutes as well.
The counter service has really gone downhill from what two people were working. Not everyone has time to wait around.
