Simply put, I think Custom European is the best BMW shop in the area. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Tim and his crew always make a commitment and stick to it. Relying on them when it comes to quality and delivery is second to none. I have used several mechanics in the past and I can say Custom European is setting a new standard. I met Tim after I had just lost an engine on a Land Rover, he was looking to buy the car from me and through the course of conversation he asked me if I wanted to keep the car. I told him I did, but I didn't at the price my mechanic (at the time) was charging me for a new motor .....around $13,000. Tim told me they could replace it at about 60% of the cost, they did and they delivered the car to me 5 days later. Side note as I've seen this before in previous posts.....I live in San Clemente and there are plenty of mechanics within 10 minutes, I will gladly drive to HB for this type of service.

He got me in & out in just a few hours and was so grateful for his speed! But the Loaner Car is the best part which really gets me back home without waiting there in the shop! So appreciate that!

I love custom European. They do excellent work are fast and courteous! TRim has always taken care of my cars needs for years!! I have a 1990 Mercedes and he keeps her running!!

Tim and his Professional Personal have the knowledge to preform the care for my old xj8 jag. I feel confident that these guys will take good care of her.
Tim also provides me with a loaner car so I will not waste my time.
The cars are very nice to drive.
