The wait was long and I didn't get the help I needed for my pup. $85 for nothing. I was very disappointed. Back to Banfield I go.

I like the way my large dog was dealt with on the floor as opposed to the table. Bear was very insecure and difficult to handle but somehow,they did what they needed to do. I appreciate it. I have decided to change from my former vet to Culver Palms because of the way Bear was treated.
