I love to combine the Aromatherapy bath with a massage, but this time the bath was tepid, at best, and I was told so as I was led to it. She said "usually it is warmer, but she "hoped" that once the jets turned on it would get warmer". It didn't. She even checked the temperature of the water before leaving the room and at that point I should have inquired more. I sat in what turned from tepid to a less than tepid bath for 20 minutes prior to my massage. Also, I prefer to enjoy the Aromatherapy bath after the massage, but was given the service prior to it. It was dissatisfying to go into a massage after that and try to make a relaxed transition. The front desk staff barely inquired as to my satisfaction but talked among themselves as I paid. It wasn't the general experience I've had in the past. I do love the bath and will return, but next time will check into the status prior to coming.

Brittany did an excellent job! Instead of only getting highlights and a trim, as I usually do, I opted to make a bigger change this time by cutting more than 6 inches off my hair length. Brittany made very helpful suggestions about how to tailor the cut (adding layers at the bottom), and I could not be more pleased with the result. I have since received lots of compliments from friends and associates, so I am very happy with and grateful for Brittany's work.
