I HD a crown installed a year ago at a charge of $565.00. This year I am having another done and the charge is $3,,000.00. This second is for an implant. Between the implant dentist and you the total cost for the implant and crown is $8,965,00. I can't afford to have the second recommended implant done.

We arrived at 11:10 for our 11:15 appointment. At 11:45 I asked the front desk what the problem was and was told they were running behind. We weren’t taken into the room until close to 12. I understand that sometimes appointments run behind, but the front desk should have notified me of that at some point before I asked. When they noticed that I was unhappy there wasn’t any apology, just a statement that the best care sometimes takes longer than expected.

I have always been happy with providers at this office, the front desk, less so. Making appointments and checking out always takes an inordinate amount of time (20min to make an appointment). I would like them to value my time as much as I value theirs.
