I took my cocker spaniel in for an annual exam and I thought the vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, and generous with her time. The tech also was very experienced and helpful. The fees were reasonable and the location is very convenient for me.
My only negative comment is that the facility smelled of mold. I mentioned this to both the receptionist and the tech. The receptionist too smelled something but the tech said she did not smell anything.
I'd feel a lot more comfortable returning to this clinic if they could determine and fix the source of this smell.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As an animal clinic, we often have odors from various sources, I'm sure you can imagine, and try to stay on top of them. I apologize if you were here during one of our less "fresh" times! We've added air purifiers to attempt to reconcile this issue.

I like the fact that Dr Loewenstein is open to some natural remedies for fleas. She explains things very well.

Absolutely the best support! Even though Dr. Lowestein was fully booked, she and her staff immediately took in my 4 year old Shiba female, Ume, who had not eaten in more than a week and conducted extensive blood tests and x-rays. She came home a few hours later with an appetite stimulator and has been eating eagerly since she got home. I am so relieved, and extremely grateful.

I had an excellent experience on my first visit. The staff was all very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Lownstein, very competent and made me feel comfortable she would take excellent care of my dog.

Everyone over at Braescroft Animal Clinic is always so kind to my animals, and me. Very knowledgeable with pointers for preventative care, as well as taking care of our routine visits.

Going to "our friends at Braescroft" is one of my Sheltie's favorite things. We were in yesterday for her annual exam and shots and a nail grind. Sunshine loved all the staff who loved her and put up with her 14th month-old-puppy exuberance. I appreciated Dr. Lowenstein's advice re. small adjustments to diet--an overweight dog is "at risk" for issues. As usual, "the small clinic with the big heart" offered a great experience for me and my dog.
I also returned a cat carrier I'd borrowed earlier this year when they helped me reunite a deaf kitten that showed up on my doorstep during a winter storm with the little girl who loved her. That "big heart" taking care of one of the neighbors as well as their patients.

Braescroft Animal Clinic is by far the Best Animal Clinic in Houston. The facility is clean, staff is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Lowenstien is down to earth and very easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable and exhibits a true love for animals.

From initial scheduling through the end of the appointment everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff and the doctor made our visit memorable.
