My cat left happy & relaxed after the Dr had administered fluids & recommended a diet change. She did try to perform an anal exam but my cat was not happy about that obviously so the Dr didn't try to force the exam.

We have had great experiences with Bluebonnet! The staff is so welcoming and treat our dog as if she were their own! They are extremely accommodating with scheduling and create a great environment for the animals. We would never take our dog anywhere else because of the special care she receives at Bluebonnet. I cannot recommend enough! Darlene and Ashley go above and beyond and are treasures!

This was a follow up visit for my cat who has allergy issues. All that pertained to these was addressed and appropriate. I felt unnecessary pressure re two future events, immunizations and the prescribed Royal Canin food that I purchased on 12-26-15. I had previously made the appointment for the immunizations on June 22 and I had no need for buying more food as the bag I have still has a sufficient quantity. Dr. Ragland's assistant questioned my scheduling the immunizations to which I replied it was for budgetary reasons; she proceeded to question the purchase of additional food after I replied that I still have enough food and that I would order more when the supply ran out. The assistant then asked if I was buying it elsewhere to which I replied no. I felt that my original answer was not to her liking thus questioning me further. I appreciate Dr. Ragland's professional treatment and manner.

We couldn't figure out what was wrong with our dog's paw/leg, but it was great to see the care and love they gave him.

The staff is friendly and genuinely care about my dog's well-being. The clinic is always clean, appointments are always fast and efficient, staff always addresses my questions and concerns. I'm so happy I found Bluebonnet as my pet's vet!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The wait wasn't long, and they were very gentle with our cat. He seemed very comfortable with them. They were eager to answer all our questions and made recommendations to keep him as healthy as possible. We are very happy that Austin Pets Alive recommended them to us!
