Bikram Yoga Delray Beach

I have been away from Bikram Yoga since February 2020, because of Covid. This studio the owner and the people who go there, are such a great group! I honestly need Bikram yoga medically(autoimune disease) and physically (pain) with the added benefit at the end of each class, brings Clarity and peaceful balance.

I decided to write because I went back last week..scarey times. I had to out way it all and realized I need it more mentally, and get my immune system, stronger. I went and Jon(the owner) was the teacher; with his humor ;-), warmth and instruction, I made through the hour and a half easier than I had predicted. So glad to be back!!

NOTE: The studio takes extra pre-cautions-spaced over 6ft apart along with changing a few areas in which we would breathe out, we now breathe out through our nose;which we do for most of the class anyway. And of course the intense cleaning before and after each class. Which was done anyway.

The instructors are great. The humidity gets out of control and makes the class more difficult and perhaps dangerous.

Need to incorporate a heat control system that illuminates the problem.

The Delray Beach Bikram studio is exceptional. The quality of the teachers is outstanding. The environment at the studio is welcoming and inclusive.

My only disappointment is location; I live in Michigan and wish I could go to Bikram Delray Beach for my daily practice.
