One night as I was driving home, I noticed my car was shaking. I dropped it off at Bergin's that night and they were able to have it back to me two days later all fixed! I was extremely satisfied with their speed of service despite the fact that I did not have an appointment. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future.

Very disappointed in this place. I took my car in to be diagnosed. Due to the high cost of the repairs I could not start the work on my car at that time. I went to pick back up my car. Upon driving home I realized my car was now running worse than when I had brought it in to them. They were notified of this by phone and I have sent two messages to them and they have failed to acknowledge me. I don't know if they were banking on me fixing my car there so they failed to put things back the way the were when I brought it in or what happened. I was wronged. I even paid them 100.00 for them to do this to my car. Totally unprofessional.

A 7:30 shop opening makes it much easier to get to work on time by 8:00. The manager and owner were polite, straight forward guys. The shop looked clean and organized. Service was completed on time and within budget. I'm new to the area and you how challenging it is to find an honest mechanic. Bergins Automotive lives up to their "AAA Approved" status!
