i had to wait several minutes, which i have never had to do... also the lady that took care of me was not the most friendly person in the world, didnt really seem to care about my personal well being, treated everything very very casually and nonchallantly

You guys are so awesome! My son lost his retainers the same afternoon he was released by Dr. L to just wear them at night. And of course, we were leaving for Colorado in 2 days. You guys moved mountains to make sure he had a new set before we left town. Thank you so much!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you.
