Awful; notes to my dogs file that indicated his allergic reaction to vaccines were never entered from his previous reaction. This should have been done and he had a severe allergic reaction the second time and we had to take him to Blue Pearl later that night. I find the whole incident lacking in professionalism and consider the practice negligent.

The doctors and staff were amazing, communication was crystal clear and they were super loving and caring with Bernie. They also have someone who communicated in Spanish to explain all to Bernie's caretaker... you're awesome!

Everyone here is very caring and thorough from the doctors who provide excellent veterinary care to the welcoming and helpful staff and receptionists. Thank you, BPC Veterinary Hospital, for taking great care of my little kitty!

Cost is the one drawback. $95 to do a stool sample analysis is unreasonable. I worked at a clinic and we did the analysis on site - it took about 5 minutes max and we charged customer $10.
