Needed the yearly inspection on one of our vehicles. Needed to be done at specific time, specific date, and done by specific time on date needed. As usual, the service and timing far exceed any possible expectations from such a busy full service entity. TJ is an amazing service rep and we are blessed by him and Jimmy's Automotive Center. So, if you read this, it is totally factual and true. If it were different I would also state that.

very pleased with service as always. they provided a loaner vehicle for me while i had my car srviced, inspected and tires rotated. called me in a timely manner that vehicle was ready to be picked up. always so friendly and explain everything very well

The guys at Jimmy's Automotive know what they are doing. They are courteous and they go out of their way to work with the customer. If there are issues with the vehicle that has nothing to do with the original request, then they will not fix it until they speak with you about it and determine the best course of action.

Your estimate for replacing my head gasket and left axle was about $4500. I received a 2nd estimated from another shop for $2100 and decided to have them do the work. They ended up replacing head gaskets, left axle AND a wheel bearing, inspecting car, and oil/antifreeze change and the total was $1820. It is absolutely unacceptable to have such a price difference. There cannot be any reasonable explanation for this other than you are cheating people out of hard earned money. Our family will no longer be having any service done at Jimmy's and will recommend to anyone we know to stay away. Very disappointed.

We regret that it was not with us, but given that big discrepency/difference in price, we can understand going a different route. We are unsure what they were doing that resulted in such a large price difference. We quoted you the recommendations and prices specifically for your Subaru vehicle's needs, and we stand behind our recommendations.
