I was very satisfied with the work done on my BMW. Texting their diagnosis along with photos of problems with your vehicle is a great idea. Great guys and professional service. The service department at Don Jacobs BMW could learn a lot from these guys.

My experience with Auto Excel has always been positive, each time the actual bill was less than quoted and I appreciate the honesty of thois family owned business. Most places we've used cannot be listed as honest. These guy;s are quick to provide transportation to and from their business. Eric is so very kind and professional, I feel more businesses would benefit more if they provided the same. Each time I need auto concerns, I will defitinely go back to them. Thanks to all of you.

Customer service beyond my wildest dreams- staff courteous, respectful and friendly. Reported directly the needs of this vehicle and corrected the initial problem- I conclude this business is honest and forthright to their customers - call them today if you need vehicle repair service.

Poor service 2 plus hrs for an oil change and wipers. Then I had to make another trip as wipers were not put on even though I had paid for them

Excellent service. I really appreciated the Free transportation from Auto Excel to my home and return to Auto Excel to pick up my vehicle. I was even more grateful at the 2nd scheduled service when they came to my home, picked up my car, serviced it, and then returned my serviced vehicle to my home.

The AE staff is always very courteous and professional with all service. Each time our vehicle is brought in for service, they do a complete overall inspection which results in finding some minor issues that may need immediate attention. Great service and automotive knowledge!
