Never disappointed! Walk in with pain, walkout pain free. There is really nothing else to say. Reasons why he does a great job: he’s humble and sincere, he’s patient, he surrounds himself with a wonderful staff, he’s totally professional at what he does and it shows. He’s the real deal in Bell Co. Go Team Armstrong!!!

Great Chiropractic office. I had been to other's before we moved to Temple and another one in Temple had actually finished off my low back in 2005 and i ended up having to have surgery in 2006.
So wheb i started having shoulder and neck issues in 2008, I researched and questioned friends to find another Chiropractor. All said to go to Dr Armstrong. I did and been going to him since. Very professional and knowledgeable. He kept my neck lines up for years until he recommended i see a nevk surgeon in 2016 for bulging disc and buildup of arthritis in my neck canal. Again in 2023 started having numbness in hands abd knots in my left
Shoulder, so went back and he got me pain free again. Wont go to anyone else as Dr Armstrong is the best. Friendly staff also!

Wry professional office and i have gone off and on since 2009. Very friendly staff a d they have always been able to help with my neck and back issues.

Armstrong Chiropractic has given me excellent care. Top to bottom, the staff is devoted to giving excellent service.
Under their care, I have received pain free adjustments that have relieved back pain, and I've also been counseled as to how to monitor my posture while exercising, optimal sleep positions, and going about daily activities.

Was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion for first visit. The staff and doctor are friendly and helpful with my questions.
Have had 2 treatments with recommendations for at home icing and stretching to do for long term strengthening. Feeling better! Was able to examine what may be root cause for symptoms and determined I was lifting my doxies multiple times during the day improperly. Remedied situation right away!
