I am extremely pleased with my experience at your facility. Your service personnel and your tech person were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They took me in when I was desperate with a car issue that that turned into an emergency. The problem was diagnosed quickly and solutions were offered to me to resolve the problem. I had your people fix the problem and they did an impeccable job. I will be back to your facility with all my vehicles and many of my neighbors will also be visiting you soon. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. I can't thank you enough.

Aspen Park Tire and Auto is Always there to help people with car problems.. It's GREAT having such a reliable and trust worthy auto repair shop that serves our community.. Extremely professional . I have been a customer for over 10 continuous years.. I keep coming back because of the excellent repairs service and they stand behind each and every repair.

Troy was very knowledgeable . He also saved me a lot of money for a service the Dealership had said I needed and Troy informed me that I did not need to do. I will continue to bring my car into Aspen Park Auto as I trust them.

Excellent service with no notice. Good communication thru the repairs. Coming out to greet us in the parking lot & discuss the issue was the level of professional service rarely seen these days.

In for an oil change and free tire rotation because I bought my tires at Aspen Park Tire & Auto. I used to really like these guys, but a serious downhill slide since then. Today I was told my power steering fluid was extremely dark and really needed to have it changed. They also told me I needed a 90k maintenance service package. My car has only 80k on it. I took my car to another area place for a second opinion regarding the power steering, since they made it sound so critical. That place said it was "a little dirty", but not that bad. They changed it for $17 less than APT&A. Bottom line...I have to question a place that tells me I need work done that is not that critical, told I need routine maintenance 10k before it is due, and charge significantly more than their competition.

Update 4-16-16, 5pm.
Hi Bruce, my Assistant General Manager called me first thing this morning to let me know he was the one responsible for the recommended 90k service.
He read your odometer as being 86,000 instead of 80,000 , he felt bad about the situation and let me know it would not happen again.
I have written handbooks for all job positions at my business and we do not recommend mileage services unless the vehicle is with in 5,000 miles of the manufacture recommendation for maintenance services.
So it was an honest mistake made by my second in command. Mistakes happen sometimes and that particular one could easily be perceived as trying to sell you something you do not need, but that was not the case and never would be the case at my shop.
Again, I sincerely apologize for this mistake and keep an eye out in your mailbox for that refund check and some gift cards.

You got grease on my floor mate in my car. Someone had greasy shoes when they moved my car. You should put paper floor mates down so you don't soil peoples cars. I now have to have my floor mate shampooed.

I've done business with Aspen Park Tire & Auto for a number of years and they have always been very professional in their work. I know when I take any of my vehicles in for work, that work will be done correctly.

Needed to switch winter tires to all season. Dropped off in the morning and picked up later after lunch. Very convenient.
