I was impressed with the amount of time the Vet Tech and Vet took to listen, answer questions, discuss options. They were very gentle and attentive to Hemingway, and gave him extra treats, which was nice b/c I forgot treats in my rush to leave and I want him to have good experiences at the vet. I have been to other businesses where the veterinarians seem short with time and Dr. Jen is one of the few who when I leave the office I don't lament on all the things I wanted to ask, but didn't get a chance to. From the front office staff, to the Vet Tech, to the Vet I find that everyone is kind and attentive. I appreciate both office staff, as they combined the stool sample fee, from prior to the appt, and the neuter fee, for the next appt, into one lump sum so I can use the CareCredit promotion. I went to Animal Medical Center years ago, and was happy that when I moved back to Appleton that I'd have access to this facility again. They are stellar and I appreciate all their work. They really care about our furry loved ones.

We brought our guinea pig in and they were kind,helpful ,professional and thorough. We are very happy with their service! A great exotic pet vet!

Great experience, staff was curious and well informed, scheduling was easy and the email/calendar reminder is very useful. I would only suggest they implement a sort of "visit notes" page to go home after the visit, to make it easier to keep track of the vet instructions.

It is really hard to find a vet clinic that treats exotics(guinea pigs) I m very happy that Dr. Chris Butler was able to examine my sweet Ginger Snap yesterday. She started her on some much needed medication which will help her be a much healthier potatoe! Her staff is also excellent!

Thank you for caring for Ransom, our Holland Lop, during his neutering. I appreciated you taking time to answer my questions before the procedure and providing service with a smile.
The pick up felt a little bit rushed and quick, but I know things can get busy and Ransom is not the only animal you are caring for.
I would definitely use your services again.
