I went in for a bleach touch up and left with over processed hair. My sweater I had just bought was ruined, apparently bleach was all over it and it now red in the back instead of black. I wondered whyI was not shown the back of my hair. Hair was 130.00 and sweater 50.00.. I would like a refund.

Desiree is fantastic. My daughter and I see her all the time. She is a wonderful person and does one hell of a great job with our hair. She really knows what she is doing. We love her.

Lea did not take me back until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. She did not begin my scheduled services unitl over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. (My appointment was at 10:30. I was seated in a chair for highlights at 11:20 but services didn't actually start until 11:45). She didn't seem confident in how to do highlights and tried talking me into color and actually started applying foils by saying, "Okay, so I guess I am just going to start here." She didn't do the shampoo massage. My foils were not placed directly next to my scalp which left me with this horribly noticable jagged line on both sides of my part that was about an inch wide. To fix this gap, she took me back to the sink and applied more toner. This left me with hair that was more brown at the end of my appointment than it was when I came in. Imagine my surprise to this as I came in asking for highlights that covered up more of my natural color! I expected to be blonder - not more of a brunette, but I guess it was necessary since the foils left a glaring gap front and center on my head. I've had so many wonderful experiences with other stylists here, but this was definitely not one of them. I would say this was the worst salon experience I've ever had anywhere.

Brie is awesome! I have been getting my hair done for 15 years and the last two years with Brie. I don't ever want anyone else, she is professional, personable and has amazing skills!! She comes in on Saturdays for me even though that's not her regular day! Amazing service!

Allison was awesome. She really listened to my concerns about changing my style/cut for the first time in years! She recommended products that I am familiar with and did not try to force me into additional products. She was also very sweet and fun to talk to!
