Dr. Mastman and his staff are very professional and patient-oriented. They remind me before the appointment, they take care of all the insurance details, and they get me through quickly and without any hassles. The actual eye exams are also done professionally and thoroughly. Dr. Mastman answers all my questions and the staff is friendly in every case. One thing I really appreciate is that there is no pressure to buy a new pair of frames and lenses even though my eyes changed slightly. I appreciate that integrity.

Although the turnaround for optometrists is very high (I've had three different optometrists within the past 5 years), the transition has always been smooth, and I always receive care and attention. The doctors are very friendly and professional.

The morning of my appointment they were shorthanded but the Dr's assistant still was busy doing a 2 persons job but she was friendly and thorough, apologized for the wait as did Dr. Liu.

The desire was to ensure I had the information to make my decisions and was not about steering me to buy certain products or services. It was all about (the pros and cons of different options) me.

Dr. Mastman is an excellent doctor who performed two successful cataract surgeries for my eyes. I am extremely pleased with the level of care I received from him. In additional, Jessica Collins, Refractive Surgery Coordinator, was extremely helpful in getting me set up for my surgeries. The staff in the office are polite and professional. I will definitely refer my friends to this practice.
