The service and location is great. However, I got the same haircut I had before even though I asked for something different. This has happened twice in a row. I can live with this cut, it’s ok, but it’s not the cut that I asked for. For instance, I asked for a “U” shape in the back and I got a blunt, or straight, cut instead. (This is after growing my hair out 4-5 inches to enable getting the shape I wanted.)
