Dr. John is very conscientious about my existing auto immune conditions, as well as to my anxiety. I like how he tells you the stages of the procedure while you are in the chair. I feel I can trust in his professional and earnest care. My latest experience with another dentist was lacking in this capacity.

I had put on my forms that I had apprehension going to the dentist and that I had a couple bad experiences in the past.
Apparently none of that meant anything to them.
The sensors for the x-rays that were covered with saliva were dragged across my face instead of a quick wipe of the excess.
I was poked in the tongue by the dentist with the instrument that he was using for cleaning, while he was talking to his assistant you would swear my teeth were a wreck, I know it has been 2 yrs but I also know I do great home care and have never felt like that with my previous dentist. Until I said something he was just yanking at the sides of my lips with the instrument while doing the exam which hurt because they were getting terribly dry.
The Hygienist went over to parts of my lip with the polishing brush and I am sorry but when you lips are a bit dry in the winter months that hurts!
I only came because my previous Dentist no longer direct bills and I am SOOOO sorry I didn't (another to add to my bad experiences with the dentist.)

Great service, enjoyed how the Dr explained what he saw while he was looking at my teeth, I really enjoy going to a dentist that tells you straight up what they see and what is going on with you. No wait times, fast service and great staff!

Great place - fast , friendly service, would recommend, direct to benefit billing . Great hours late into the day taking their last appointment just after 6 pm on a weekday.
