Once again, pleased with my experience at Lovett Dental - Humble.
My only minor complaint is that for one appointment I get about 5 or 6 "reminder" calls, text or emails. I like getting a reminder but this gets annoying. I realize there are many no-shows at most offices but this is over-kill for those of us who aren't in the no-show group.
Staff is pleasant, dentist and hygienist know their job and get the job done...

I felt like I was going to be helped. The last time I was in in 2014 I was told that the manager would contact me after he contacted the specialist and sent everything up. I wanted two weeks then I kept calling and he never got back to me.I was very hesitant about coming in for this visit.

Staff was very slow. I had to wait for 1hour to get my teeth clean. My
Appointment was at 4:30 I was not seen until 5:30. After I got my teeth clean I had the doctor check up and he did not see me until 6:30. This was a horrible experience for me. 2 hours at the dentist office is unacceptable

Completely disappointed with my last visit. It shouldn't take 2 hours* to get a 20 minute cleaning, dental xrays, a quick 2 minute 'looksee' from the dentist, and check out. An hour should be more than sufficient!
* Literally, I arrived 10:15am, for a 10:30am appointment. I left at 12:12pm.

Long time patient. Overall satisfied, except one experience on last visit. Appointment at 9am and arrived before appointment time and was asked to wait outside until 9 when there was other patients/adults remained inside.
