We have been going here a while, this time my husband took my son for me and he felt like our needs were not met. We wanted to work on front teeth first and not the back and they would not do it. We are paying a lot of money for the work, if we are paying what does it matter which we do first.

Though my appointment time was changed without being consulted, the New appointment time was respected. I was seen soon after I arrived and all the people I interacted with were very professional and courteous. I particularly appreciated my hygienist who always does a great job of explaining everything.

Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful, which is great! Keep it up! I was disappointed with the Dentist and the assistants that helped my daughter because there was little to no communication with me.. No questions were asked about her dental hygiene and I was not given any information. The appointment was basically silent with the exception of them asking me to hold her hands and that they would see me next time. We were treated in the back of the building, in a location where we could see the employees on their break sitting on tables, eating out of big bags of chips, texting, and kicking their feet up. That space should not be seen by your patients. Overall, I was disappointed and will be taking my daughter to the dentist I see.
